Director of Creative Content and Experience Design
Teri Rogers is the Director of Creative Content and Experience Design at DEG, a trusted digital marketing partner to national and global brands. DEG is consistently recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America and one of the best places to work in the region, and was named one of Inc. Magazine’s “25 Companies That Are Changing the World.”
As Director of Creative Content and Experience Design, Teri leads the strategy and development of the video production, experiential, and digital creative content aspect of DEG’s creative service offering. Teri comes to DEG with nearly 30 years of advertising, video, and creative experience. She has established herself as one of the unquestioned leaders in the Kansas City creative community, receiving numerous honors, including as “Small Business Person of the Year” by the Small Business Administration in 2007 and “Ad Professional of the Year” by the American Advertising Federation in 2005. She was also featured as one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Kansas City” and in the inaugural class of “Women Who Mean Business” by the Kansas City Business Journal.
Teri devotes her time not only to the arts and creative community, but also to help drive the economic advancement of Kansas City. She is a current board member of ArtsKC and the Executive Board of the KC Streetcar Authority, and has previously served on the KC Economic Development Corporation and the Executive Board of the Crossroads Community Association and as Chair of the Film Commission of Greater Kansas City and the American Advertising Federation-Kansas City.
Prior to DEG, Teri led Hint Studios — formerly Take Two Productions and T2 — providing strategic vision and creative inspiration for the company that excelled at a wide array of creative content, including video production, motion graphics, experiential design, and branded entertainment content. Teri has worked with a number of national and global brands, including Hallmark, LinkedIn, Uber, Puma, and more.
Teri graduated from the University of Kansas, and currently resides in the Kansas City area with her husband and two dogs.Back
