Joey Barnes

Director of Client Services

Joey Barnes leads the guidance and oversight of all managed accounts as the Director of Client Services at DEG, a full-service digital agency to national and global brands. DEG is one of the fastest-growing companies in America with a rapidly increasing list of B2B and B2C client partners.

Joey will provide executive leadership over DEG’s client relationships, growing and retaining current accounts and supporting the effort to sign new clients. A believer that fusing technology and results-driven creative marketing leads to successful client relationships, Joey has been nurturing accounts and developing new business for 15 years. Prior to DEG, she spent eight years at Intouch Solutions, most recently as the Vice President of Business Development.

Joey has experience in a number of B2B and B2C industries, from consumer-packaged goods and quick-service restaurants to healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Her past notable clients include Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Burger King, Sonic Drive-In, BOTOX, and LAP-BAND.

An advocate for children in the Kansas City community, Joey and her family are active contributors to charitable organizations that serve children, including the Children’s Miracle Network, sports sponsorships, and causes to fight ALS, cancer, heart disease, and suicide prevention.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from William Woods University. Away from the office, Joey can be found spending time with her husband and children supporting each other at their activities, going to Kansas City sporting events, and traveling.
