Jen Forrest embraces working in the fast-paced, ever-evolving social media marketing environment. A believer that social media is revolutionizing the customer relationship experience, Jen leads social media strategy, campaign execution, and channel and content management for DEG as the Director of Social Media.

Jen has developed, managed, and executed award-winning social media strategy and outstanding brand community strategies across the business landscape, working on consumer, corporate, and healthcare accounts as a senior digital manager at Golin in Chicago. These accounts include clients such as Unilever ice cream brands, McDonalds, Sargento, General Mills, Nestle Purina, Constellation Brands, Dow Chemical, and Johnson & Johnson.

Jen prides herself on continuously learning and keeping up with industry trends. Along with a vast knowledge in social media, Jen has a versatile range of marketing experience that includes managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, public relations, website design and development, and media buying.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from DePaul University. Along with her corporate social media work, she also maintains a personal lifestyle blog called Away from work, Jen is a busy mother of twin girls and spends her free time on Pinterest finding recipes and mastering DIY projects.
