Bethany Kemper is the Manager of Administration and Corporate Culture at DEG, a trusted digital marketing partner to national and global brands. As the Manager of Administration and Corporate Culture, Bethany ensures DEG is one of the best places to work, handling human resources projects, including DEG’s pay and benefits programs, office space, internal associate processes, and coordinating DEG’s culture events. Prior to this role, Bethany has served a number of positions at DEG, not limited to receptionist, events planner, office administrator, payroll clerk, and bookkeeper. All of these positions have offered insights into DEG’s workplace and how Bethany can impact the business from a human resources standpoint.

Bethany relishes the ability to directly impact DEG associates’ lives on a daily basis and create the best possible work environment. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management of Greater Kansas City and is constantly striving to better DEG’s workplace.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from Lake Forest College, before graduating with her Masters in Human Resources from Ottawa University.
