DEG, one of the largest Salesforce Marketing Cloud partners in the country, has hired 20-year CRM and marketing veteran Heather Dorr as its Salesforce Alliance Director.
Dorr will lead the agency’s partnership efforts with Salesforce, bringing new-business opportunities and promoting DEG as a leader in Salesforce Customer Success Platform services.

Dorr comes to DEG from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), where she spent six years in a variety of leadership roles in digital marketing and services, most recently as an Account Director for Key Accounts. At Salesforce, Dorr led a team of consultants, partners, and vendors to deliver innovations in sales, service, and marketing for some of Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s largest retail accounts, including Toyota, Nike, Disney, Oakley, Zappos, Beats By Dre, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, and PetSmart.
