In the latest move to bolster its positioning as one of the leading Salesforce partners, full-service digital agency DEG, Linked by Isobar has hired 25-year enterprise software veteran Brady Flaherty as the Director of Salesforce CX.

Flaherty will lead a team of experts in developing solutions across Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud platforms in order to assist clients in utilizing data to provide a more engaging customer experience.

Prior to DEG, Flaherty’s career included successful tenures at Simplus, IBM, HP, and Mergertech. He also founded and led enterprise technology solution provider Altos Technology Group. He has worked with some of the largest technology, financial, and consumer goods brands in the country, including Chevron, Facebook, Google, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Gallo.
