DEG, a rapidly growing digital marketing firm, was recognized for its work with clients Lee Jeans, Essense of Australia, and Jo-Ann as the recipient of 11 Communicator Awards. DEG received four gold and seven silver awards in the websites, content marketing, and online advertising and marketing categories.

“Our goal as a firm is to realize and maximize the potential of our clients, and one of the ways we do that is through award-winning work,” said Neal Sharma, co-founder and CEO of DEG. “These awards are a tribute to the expertise of our teams to produce memorable strategies that are aligned with our clients’ goals.”

The DEG-created social quiz “What is your bridal style?” for the Essense of Australia blog won two gold Communicator awards, while the Essense of Australia blog itself also won one gold and two sliver awards. DEG’s final gold award was for the Lee Jeans Beyond Blue blog. Beyond Blue also won three silver awards, recognized for its content, writing, and structure. DEG’s final two silver awards were for the Jo-Ann Fabrics holiday hub, both for its social content and as a microsite.

The Communicator Awards, an international awards program judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, judges more than 6,000 entries in all areas of marketing and communications.
