Agency veteran Tug McTighe has joined DEG as the Executive Creative Director. McTighe will lead the strategy and direction of the full-service digital agency’s expanding creative capabilities.

The addition of McTighe is part of a concentrated effort by DEG to amplify its creative department. In January, DEG acquired Hint, a Kansas City-based creative content studio led by Teri Rogers, adding video and experiential design expertise.

McTighe brings 25 years of experience into his role at DEG. Throughout his illustrious career, McTighe has won more than 50 American Advertising Federation-Kansas City awards and has worked with flagship brands, including Sprint, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Pizza Hut, Helzberg Diamonds, and more. Prior to joining DEG, McTIghe spent the past 11 years as the Executive Creative Director for agency Callahan Creek.
