Tony Toubia will take over as Director of Relationship Marketing, having previously served as a senior relationship marketing strategist and most recently a strategic planning director at DEG. Tony has specialized in leveraging data platforms and digital channels in harmony to deliver 1:1 messages for the customers of brands like Hallmark, PepsiCo, and Fossil.
As DEG’s largest and fastest-growing team, DEG’s Relationship Marketing practice leverages email, SMS, and loyalty services to deliver 1:1 messages across the customer journey. Tony leads a team of strategists and specialists in delivering personalized experiences at scale for clients across the retail, CPG, luxury, entertainment, and nonprofit industries.
In addition, Lisa Graves will expand DEG’s loyalty services as the Associate Director, Loyalty Services, while Jenn Horner becomes Associate Director, Retail and Consumer Goods. Both had worked as senior relationship marketing strategists at DEG, collaborating with brands such as Gap, Noodles & Company, AMC Theatres, and Chuck E. Cheese.
