Along with the ability to move up into new positions, our associates are also able to move side to side into new roles and teams or create an entirely new position that didn’t exist before but fills a need. This freedom is just one of the reasons why DEG has a retention rate of more than 85 percent, all while growing by more than 150 percent in the last five years.

DEG’s environment balances the professionalism that clients expect with a causal, comfortable environment that allow associates to be most effective. DEG’s headquarters features a coffee bar with free coffee and beer, a café with free soda and juice and other items for sale, a number of collaboration and single-use stations, and a theater featuring 115 inches of TV screens. Community Service

DEG takes pride in ensuring a high level of social corporate responsibility. We developed the DEG Foundation and became affiliated with the national Pledge 1% initiative, where we donated more than 1,000 hours of work and more than $50,000 to tremendous Kansas City nonprofits, such as Open Options, Make-A-Wish, HopeBuilders, The Children’s Place, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and more in 2017 alone.
